This Family Camp post views nicely with Laura Cantrell's "Bees" playing as background. That's what came on tonight when I logged on. Family Camp was amazing this year. John described it as the best three days of his life.
Mary Lu learns archery with Milk Dud.
Mary Lu was beyond amazing at the rock wall. When she climbed higher than I could reach, "Shazam" took over, she climbed over his head, to the top of the holds, then traversed to reach the highest one on the next side over. At one point he was totally hands off.
At Juan's second day at archery he hit a bullseye. Totally awesome--here he is with his award.
On top of the 450 year old tree stump in Trickle Falls--we counted the rings.
Mary Lu with Robocop, the love of her Family Camp life.
Juan with Zen. If Juan had opportunity to be with Zen during the weekend, he was. Campfire, mealtimes, free time on the field. Zen taught him the fine arts of Badminton and Toilet Freeze Tag.
Mommy and Mary Lu's creek walk below Trickle Falls.
